Reconstruction of pipelines of various shapes and sizes: pressure and gravity sewage, pressure pipelines for water supply etc.
This technology allows working with all types of pipe sections with nominal diameter from 150 to 1600 mm.
Sanation by so-called “sleeve” technology - it is impregnation of the textile “sleeve” with resin that is placed into a sanitized section of a pipeline by winch, then strengthened by compressed air inside the pipe and finally is cured under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.
As a result, a new strong pipe tightly adjoins the under reconstruction pipe from the inside, exactly repeating its shape and size.
Stages of work execution:
THE SERVICE LIFE OF THE SANITIZED PIPELINE
The guaranteed service life is 50 years.
WORK COMPLETION TIME
The 200 m length pipeline sanitation work completion time is around 10 hours.
COST OF WORK
Low cost of work as compared to other repair technologies due to the use of the existing pipe as the basis for the repair.
