CLEANING STORMWATER, INDUSTRIAL STORMWATER PIPELINES, FECAL SEWERAGE AND SLUDGE PIPELINES OF DIAMETER UP TO 2000MM BY HYDRODYNAMIC AND HYDROMECHANICAL METHOD

The company performs works on cleaning fecal, stormwater and industrial stormwater pipelines and carries out pressure hydraulic test of pipelines of big diameters.

For these works, we use the most modern equipment:

• MAN based hydrodynamic machine, Rioneed for cleaning pipelines of diameter from 110 to 350 mm;
• MAN based combined hydrodynamic machine MULLER for cleaning pipelines of diameter from 110 to 1000 mm;
• set of equipment for hydrodynamic cleaning of pipelines of diameter from 500 to 2000 mm with 100% degree of blockage including dense deposits.

1. “ENERGORESURS” the area of Nikopol pipe plant: cleaning of industrial rainstorm sewerage of diameter 500, 800,900,1000, 1200 mm with over 60% degree of blockage;
2. “ZAPOROZHSTAL”-cleaning of industrial rainstorm sewerage of diameter 1000 mm with 90% degree of blockage, 300 m total length;
3. “ZAPOROZHSTAL”- cleaning 140 m length and 1600x 1000 section sludge pipelines with 95% degree blockage and effluence temperature about 70*C;
4. MMKI “IllICHA”- cleaning of the 2000x1800 section sludge pipeline 160 meters long with up to 90% degree blockage.
